When and where are courses held and how long do they last?
Classes are held from 10:30 a.m. and 17:30 p.m. at our home.
We are in Sawanocho Osaka. It has very easy access by train from downtown Osaka. From JR Osaka station 35minutes.
From Namba station 15minutes. We will provide details of our address after confirmation of booking as classes are held in a private residence.We can arrange pick up at the station.
Classes last approximately 2.5 hours.
**We can arrange date and time if you make booking at least 1month in advance.
How many students attend each class?
In an effort to keep the classes intimate and engaging, each class is limited to 6 students or less.
Can I book a private class or a party ?
Yes! We can coordinates private special cooking classes.
Please contact us about detail.
**Please note all private parties must be paid for in advance.
Bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours before class begins.
A confirmation email will be sent with payment details once a booking has been made via the booking form.
What are your cancellation and rebooking policies?
In the event of a cancellation of your reservation, we enforce the following policy to cover the cost of ingredients, and the popularity of the course. Charges are as follows:
Less than 72 hours advance notice – 50% of class costs
Less than 24 hours advance notice – 100% of class costs
No show on the course date – 100% of class costs
For private parties, we enforce the following charges:
Less than 5days advance notice – 10% of class costs
Less than 72 hours advance notice – 50% of class costs
Less than 48 hours advance notice or no show on the course date– 100% of class costs
