Ms.Sawako loves cooking. She has been working at Japanese,Italian and French restaurants for over 10 years. She can teach you basic to professional cooking. Traditional cooking and modern Japanese.

Yurika​

 

Yurika is Sawako's daughter and Yurika can speak English.

Yurika has been to Canada and Australia to study English. She has also been to Thailand to study 'Fruit and vegetable carving' and Thai cooking. 

While in Thailand, Yurika decided she wanted to share her experience and joy of cooking with other people so they can experience authentic Japanese cooking while they are in Japan. Yurika learned traditional Japanese cooking from her mother, father and grand mother and would love to to share her knowlwge and skill with people from all over the world.

Tonkatsu course  - 5,500JPY

 You will learn how to make "Dashi broth" from Kombu(dried seaweed) 

and KATSUO(dried bonito flakes). 

 

You will make The basic Japanese side dish menu

・Rolled omelet and miso soup using the dashi broth you made.

・Tonkatsu(Deep fried pork).

Osaka Course - 5,500JPY

​ ・Dashi broth

・Okonomiyaki

・Yakisoba

・Takoyaki

You will learn how to make "Dashi broth" from Kombu(dried seaweed) 

and KATSUO(dried bonito flakes).

 

You will make Osaka's 3 most famous food,

・Okonomiyaki. 

・Yakisoba - stir fried yellow noodles with vegetables and pork bellies.

・Tokoyaki - Octopus balls. We will have Osaka local sauce collection:)
